I mean, I really love them! I love that they travel in herds, raise their children together, and collectively mourn their dead. I love that they consider every elephant in their herd to be a family member, regardless of whether they are related by blood. Elephants bring me joy on a multitude of levels and represent all that I hold dear — family, friendships, and community. I'm happiest throwing brunch and dinner parties, surrounded by good food, laughter, and bonds being made. It makes my soul smile.
